Ms. Angieli Tan is a fondant cake specialist from miniature cake giveaways to towering masterpieces. Her passion for cake baking and decorating has started since elementary school breaks in their family-owned bakeshop. During that time she was provided with countless opportunities to test new ideas. Angelyn’s Cake manila branch was officially launched in 1991 after taking up BS HRM . She has also gained a wealth of experience as a result of extensive trips abroad and as an active member of a US based International Cake Exploration Societe.
